Financial Aid

Our annual tuition is set after careful analysis and thoughtful consideration. The financial impact of tuition on our families is a major part of these considerations. We do not want to lose any family due to financial concerns.

Saint Joseph Catholic School offers financial assistance to families who qualify.  Financial assistance is only available for students in grades K-8 (not Preschool). We work with Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS) to process our tuition assistance requests. Both financial and family circumstances are taken into account when making financial assistance awards.

Applications due in TADS by February 27.

Applications for financial aid must be submitted in TADS no later than February 27, in order to receive preferential consideration. Families will be notified of any awards via their tuition agreement which will be sent out in early spring.

Financial Aid Process

  1. To be considered for financial aid, families must first complete and submit their application (new students) and/or complete their re-enrollment to Saint Joseph Catholic School (current students), which includes submitting the non-refundable family registration fee.

  2. Families can then complete the financial aid application online in their TADS account. Applications must be complete, and in “Good Quality” (meaning all information has been provided), before Saint Joseph Catholic School will review your FA application. The deadline to apply for financial aid for the upcoming school year is February 27 for preferential consideration.

  3. An optional letter explaining any unique or special circumstances your family is currently facing, but that might not be reflected in your TADS financial summary, may also be included. Letters can be uploaded into your TADS application online.

  4. Our financial assistance committee meets to review and process financial aid applications periodically throughout the winter and spring. Families will be notified of any awards via their tuition agreement which will be sent out in early spring.

NOTE:  If you need assistance filling out the Financial Aid application in TADS, please call the TADS parent help line 800.477.8237.

Early Learning Scholarship

The Catholic Schools Center of Excellence (CSCOE), in partnership with the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation, presents the Schulze Early Learning Scholarship Program to help middle-income families gain access to excellent preschool programs for their children.

CSCOE and the Schulze Family Foundation firmly believe in and support the strength of the academic experience, the caring community, and the spiritual development that Catholic elementary schools provide.

Scholarships will be awarded, ranging from $500 to $3,000, and will be sent directly to the preschool to cover tuition costs. Learn more at schulzefamilyfoundation.org/early-learning-scholarship-checklist.
